Haags Hoppen 2026 brought together third- and fourth-year law students and four of The Hague's leading law firms for a day of discovery, conversation and connection. We captured the journey from the first introductions to the candid conversations that defined the day.

WHAT IS HAAGS HOPPEN.

Haags Hoppen is more than a recruitment event. It is an opportunity for students to experience the people, culture and atmosphere behind four leading law firms — DVDW, Pels Rijcken, BarentsKrans and Bird & Bird. A day that gives future lawyers an honest look at what it means to work in the profession. Not a pitch, but a conversation.

Our approach

By blending different cinematography styles together with a few staged moments, we created a visual blueprint for the day. Moving quickly between different locations meant time management was everything. The students moved fast, and we needed to be there before they arrived — to capture the natural flow of each moment as it unfolded. The result is a film that feels authentic, energetic, and human.
